Replacements and Refunds:
The mod team will only be responsible for replacing or refunding packages which are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order) and/or have any mistakes in packaged items (i.e. missing items, incorrect items packed).
The Terror Pin-up Calendar team will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Packages that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses;
- Packages that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer by 15th November 2025 (deadline may be pushed to a later date should shipping delays occur - please follow our social media accounts for updates);
- Packages that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents).
The Terror Pin-up Calendar organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund payments should supporters violate any of these terms and conditions.
