By purchasing this calendar you are acknowledging that you:
- Are purchasing the calendar for personal and not commercial use;

Understand that this is a pre-order item, which means the final product is not yet in hand, and that shipping will not begin until December unless the organizers update otherwise on the project's social media.
Customs and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that The Terror Pin-up Calendar 2025 organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Shipping and Packaging:
PDF download:
- A link to the PDF download will be emailed to the email address provided on the 15th of December 2024;
- Emails will come from [email protected];
- The PDF is for personal use only and not for distribution.
Physical calendars:
- Physical calendars will be packaged as safely as reasonably possible and sent out in sustainable packaging;
- Due to uncertainties with carriers we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but domestic buyers will be able to track their orders through a provided link.
Any production and shipping delays will be announced, and updated schedules will be posted on the calendar's social media accounts.
Replacements and Refunds:
The mod team will only be responsible for replacing or refunding orders which are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order) and/or have any mistakes in packaged items (i.e. missing items, incorrect items packed).
The Terror Pin-up Calendar team will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses;
- Orders that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer by 15th November 2024 (deadline may be pushed to a later date should shipping delays occur - please follow our social media accounts for updates);
- Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents).
The Terror Pin-up Calendar organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
